Who we are

GravityTalk is an AI-powered lifecycle marketing consultancy operated by Eric Stablow, based in Aliso Viejo, California. This website is gravitytalk.com.

We help businesses build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide. There are three places this happens:

• Contact form — name, email address, company name, and any message you write. Used to respond to your inquiry.
• Resource downloads — first name, last name, company, and email address. Used to deliver the requested resource and, with your consent, to send occasional marketing emails.
• Newsletter subscription — email address only. Used to send occasional articles and insights on AI marketing and lifecycle programs.

We do not run analytics, ad tracking, or any cookie-based tracking on this site. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or behavioral data.

How we use it

The information you provide is used only for the purpose you provided it:

• To respond to contact form inquiries
• To deliver downloadable resources you requested
• To send occasional marketing emails — only when you have explicitly checked the consent box
• To send newsletter content — only when you have subscribed

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose other than direct communication with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

Your information passes through two third-party services in order to function:

• Brevo (Sendinblue) — our email marketing platform. Contact information from resource downloads and newsletter signups is stored in Brevo and used to send emails. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of its standard infrastructure and security operations. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails or we have an active business relationship. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your information promptly — within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; use it at any time
• Opt out of sale — we don't sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of

These rights apply regardless of where you are located. California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) have additional rights under those laws — contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a strictly functional security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of bot detection — this does not track you across sites and does not require consent under GDPR.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added before any tracking begins.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We won't email you about minor updates, but any material change in how we use your data will be communicated directly to subscribers.
