We take the strongest opportunity and run a bounded, paid engagement (typically an MA Audit or 90-Day Quick Win program). Your agency invoices it. Revenue hits before any internal hiring discussion happens.

The audit converts to a recurring MA management retainer. The practice becomes self-funding. Your account lead expands the relationship. We document everything so the IP stays with your agency.
